There are three ways to enrol a device in FieldX
- Using QR Code
- Manual Provisioning
- Preinstalled version with the Custom OS itself.
Enrolling Device using QR Code
QR code enrollment is a particularly quick and straightforward option for most Android devices. This method bypasses the need to enter or share credentials or license keys, significantly reducing the enrollment time. Simply scan the QR code provided by FieldX to enroll your devices.

Note: This method in particular will require you to factory reset the Android device. Taking data backup is recommend in case you require the data in future.
- Factory reset your existing device or Unbox a new device
- Power on the device and wait for it to boot for the first time
- When the device starts, a setup wizard comes up for setting up the device
- Tap the Welcome screen 6 times. The taps have to be done in the same place on the screen
- The setup wizard will then prompt the user to connect to the Internet
- Scan the QR code provided above
- The setup wizard downloads your Manager App and provisions the device automatically
- On some Android devices, Google Protect shows a warning dialog during installation. Select "Install Anyway" to proceed further.
